XevoNet Technologies ("we", "us", "our") operates XevoNet ECard, a digital business card service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you sign up.
- Card content — the details you publish on your card (designation, company, contact links, images, and other media you upload).
- Usage data — aggregate view counts and basic analytics about how your card is accessed.
- Payment data — for paid plans, payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
2. How we use your information
- To create, host, and display your digital business card.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To send transactional emails such as OTP verification and account notices.
- To provide you with analytics about your card's performance.
- To process plan upgrades and manage billing.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as our email and payment providers), and only to the extent necessary. Information you choose to publish on your card is, by design, publicly accessible to anyone with the link.
4. Data retention
We retain your account and card data for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual cards or request account deletion at any time, after which we remove your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
5. Security
Passwords are stored using salted hashing, and we take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your information through your dashboard, or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights over your personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
